Who can join the Wisdom Network? Any professional over 55 who is committed to supporting others and being part of a supportive, professional community. You might be job searching, happily employed, retired, or considering a career change.

Do I have to be actively job searching to join? Not at all! Our most valuable members include employed professionals who share opportunities, offer advice, and provide industry insights. The network thrives on diverse perspectives and experiences.

How much does network membership cost? Network membership and meeting attendance are free. This is a community built on mutual support, not profit.

What's the difference between the network and individual coaching? The network provides peer support, community, and shared opportunities. Individual coaching offers personalised, expert guidance for specific career challenges. Many people find value in both.

How often do you meet? Every 6-8 weeks, which allows time to implement advice and pursue opportunities between meetings while maintaining regular connection and support.

Can I attend a meeting before officially joining? Yes! Contact me to arrange attending your first meeting as a guest to see if our community feels like a good fit for you.

Do you help people outside Australia? The network meetings are currently virtual so geographic location is not a factor. Individual coaching services are available internationally via zoom/Teams/Google Meet call.

What if I find a new job? Can I stay in the network? Absolutely! Employed members are incredibly valuable to our community. Your success story, industry insights, and potential job leads benefit everyone.
