Age should never be a barrier to opportunity. The Wisdom Network was founded after my TEDx talk on ageism, with a simple mission: to help experienced professionals navigate career transitions with confidence and success. We are a welcoming community of professionals over 55 who meet every 6-8 weeks to support each other's career journeys.
Whether you're facing unexpected job loss, considering a career change, or want to future-proof your professional life, you're not alone. Our community provides the expert guidance, practical tools, and supportive network you need to thrive in today's job market.

Meet the Founder
As a psychologist, Harvard Institute of Coaching Professional Fellow, experienced HR practitioner, and TEDx speaker on ageism, I chair our network meetings, coach and facilitate connections. My background in HR and organisational psychology, combined with my connections to various recruiters and businesses, helps our community access opportunities that value experience.
